Cancellation Policy

At The Studio by House of Annjilique, we aim to make every shoot feel effortless, organized, and stunning. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our booking policies before scheduling your session. Booking & Deposits All sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking link or by direct message. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due at the time of your shoot. We accept card, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Reschedules & Cancellations Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll apply your deposit to a new date (one reschedule allowed per deposit). Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit. Deposits are non refundable. Late Policy We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, time will be deducted from your session. Arrivals over 30 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show. Prep & Styling Please arrive camera-ready unless you've booked makeup add-ons. Bring any props, outfits, or product materials you plan to use. Need help styling your shoot? Let us know — add-on services are available! Deliverables & Edits Preview images will be sent within 48 hours of your shoot. Final edited images will be delivered via online gallery within 7–10 business days, depending on your package. Additional edits or rush delivery can be requested for an extra fee.
