Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full balance is due before final images are delivered. Bookings are only confirmed once payment and intake form are received. Product Delivery Products must be shipped or dropped off at least 3–5 business days before the shoot date. Client is responsible for all shipping costs and tracking. Any delays in product arrival may result in rescheduling or cancellation. Styling & Creative Direction The Studio will use client-provided props or studio inventory based on the brand questionnaire. Creative direction is based on a shared vision, but exact prop placement and shot styling is at the photographer's discretion unless discussed in advance. Image Delivery Images are delivered digitally in high-resolution and web-optimized formats within 5–7 business days. 2 rounds of image selections/revisions included. Additional edits may incur a fee. Rush delivery available for an extra fee. Product Return Products will be returned via client-provided label or pickup. The Studio is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations require 72-hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit deposit.
